"Exceptional!" The two gentlemen that we worked with were very courteous and professional. John and Dan both really impressed us! They did everything they could to make our experience a very rewarding one. My husband and I would both definitely recommend this dealership! I had to choose a vehicle brand purchased below and it does not give me the option of a Lexus which is what we bought.

"Nice easy process from start to finish!!!!" This was my 3rd purchase with Berlin City and my husbands first. Excellent customer service and very painless experience. The ladies that delivered our cars were super nice.
"Excellent service" I was able to get in quickly for some routine maintenance. I had an odd sound that they were able to diagnose quickly and didn't even charge me for the time because it was so minor. For reasons like this I find the customer service to be excellent. The shuttle service works out great for me and makes these days without my truck easy. I also find the cost of maintenance very palatable at Betline City.
"fantastic customer service " My salesman, Gabe Axelson, was great. He explained every step of the sale and made sure I knew the features on my new truck. If not for Gabe I may have gone to a Chevy but I liked Gabe and the Toyota quality speaks for itself.
