"Friendly and fast" I did not have an appointment and was able to get my issue resolved right away. Enjoyed a cup of coffee and you always have the paper to read.
"Trade vehicle" My sales person was Stephen Lawrence and he was delightful to do business with. No hard sell at all. I felt he worked diligently to help get me to my goal of owning another Toyota Highlander.. I had been shopping 2 other dealerships and he made me feel like he wanted my business and certainly earned it and kept me in a Toyota. "A great experience" Melanie is the most knowledgeable car person I've dealt with. She was so helpful throughout the process of delivering my new car. She took the time to show me how the car works; paired my phone with the car, added my address book, setup speed dial, preset my favorite radio stations, etc. She went through the whole dashboard showing me all the safety features like Blind Side Monitoring, auto headlight dimming, Rear Cross Traffic Monitor, etc. and how to set them up. "Not your grandmother's Camry" This is probably my 8th Camry, and yes, I am a grandmother, but the styling on the 2018 model is so sleek and the technology is remarkable. Berlin City and Matt Ally have been my go-to dealers for a long time and the wonderful Melanie made the entire experience, well...easy!
"Great experience " Buying a new car can take time. Berlin City Toyota did a great job helping us to get in and out. They also were wonderful at making sure we knew all about our new car before leaving. I was very pleased with everyone who we worked with.
"Wondeful service." I was on vacation in Maine. The warning light went on to alert me that one of my tires was under-inflated. I drove to the dealer without an appointment. Jeff Bishop, the Toyota Care Advisor, took my car in immediately. He removed a nail from the tire, and then sealed it up. It only took an hour. It was only $30, and he even had the car washed. Jeff was friendly, warm, and had a nice sense of humor. What a great experience!
"Service & Online Booking" Customer Svc Rep, Harold is always friendly, helpful and provides explanation of paperwork. Wait time was reasonable and waiting room is more than adequate. Online booking was not a good experience. Tried booking oil, tire rotation, inspection service through "chat" option. Booked 4:30 appointment only to be told a day or so later that latest appointment for service is actually 3:15. Would be helpful to align "chat" service with actual available times.
