"Service & Online Booking" Customer Svc Rep, Harold is always friendly, helpful and provides explanation of paperwork. Wait time was reasonable and waiting room is more than adequate. Online booking was not a good experience. Tried booking oil, tire rotation, inspection service through "chat" option. Booked 4:30 appointment only to be told a day or so later that latest appointment for service is actually 3:15. Would be helpful to align "chat" service with actual available times. "Very professional and pleasant" I brought my 2017 Avalon in for its 5000 mile service on October 16th. I was met by Jeff Bishop and was checked in promptly and professionally. All went well and I was pleased with the service, staff that I met and the prompt servicing of my vehicle. The waiting area was pleasant and comfortable.
"25,000 mile service" Jesse was great to work with. First time at the dealership and it was a very good experience. The dealer I bought my car from has been unable to work within my schedule for service. Will be back!
"10,000 Mile Scheduled Maintenance" Dropped my car off at 8:15 on the way to work for an oil change and tire rotation. Told them they could take as long as they needed as I worked until 5:00 that day. Called me at 9:00AM and told me it was done. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

"10000 mile check up. " Jesse listened to me. I had a concern about a loud clunk sound. They carefully examined my car and resolved the issue. They were great. They also did the 10000 mile checkup. Alls good. I love the vehicle.
