"10000 mile check up. " Jesse listened to me. I had a concern about a loud clunk sound. They carefully examined my car and resolved the issue. They were great. They also did the 10000 mile checkup. Alls good. I love the vehicle.
"State inspection" Made appointment. Car processed properly and efficiently. Service rep Jesse Tavares always very friendly and organized. Coffee is hot and tasty! I'm happy as usual.
"20000 mile service" Scheduling online was super easy. Greeting and intake was smooth. Length of appointment was exactly as quoted. Parts department was helpful in answering several question. My advisor was good to work with.
"Recall" I scheduled my service on line, and it was done promptly and with great care. The courtesy shuttle was very convenient and also very prompt and friendly.
"Exceptional!" The two gentlemen that we worked with were very courteous and professional. John and Dan both really impressed us! They did everything they could to make our experience a very rewarding one. My husband and I would both definitely recommend this dealership! I had to choose a vehicle brand purchased below and it does not give me the option of a Lexus which is what we bought.
