"fast and easy" i drove right in and out just like you say EASY . i drive a distance to get my mileage maintenance done. i expect fast and easy .They deliver even when i am early. thanks for the service
"Service was excellent" I had amazing service at this dealership although I did not have such luck with the sales department last November when I was looking to purchase my car. My rep was not knowledgable about the highlander and was not aware of the monthly specials available from the manufacturer. We ended up buying my car in Saco since we got 0% financing which the rep at Berlin City said was not an option. LOVED our service for our 15,000 though. Top notch for the service team!
"Quick service" I was out of town for some time and my inspection was up. Everyone was busy and giving out 7 to 10 days for appointments. I went to the online site and scheduled for the next day.In out, 45 minutes and a car wash. Great job ,

"inspection" I was late for my scheduled appointment. The Berlin City staff kindly rescheduled me that day. In addition to a free inspection they even washed my car. Yummy free coffee while I waited. Who can beat that???
"Scheduled Maintenance" All the associates there are always friendly. Everything is always explained in great detail. When I leave I always feel satisfied with the work done.
"Amazing " I had a tree fall on my car a week ago. It was a lease that I had from a Berlin City so I went back there not knowing what to expect. Melanie helped me through the whole process along with Matt. I’m so happy in my 2018 RAV4! Thanks guys!
"Service- adding a remote start" I had a remote start put on my car at my last visit. The team at Berlin city was great. My car was done quickly and the waiting room is very nice. They even have a play area for my baby to move around.
"a great crew!" As always, polite, smiling people who seem to care about my comfort and my satisfaction. I bought my car there three and a half years ago, ad the service then and now has been excellent.
