"inspection" I was late for my scheduled appointment. The Berlin City staff kindly rescheduled me that day. In addition to a free inspection they even washed my car. Yummy free coffee while I waited. Who can beat that???
"Scheduled Maintenance" All the associates there are always friendly. Everything is always explained in great detail. When I leave I always feel satisfied with the work done.

"Service- adding a remote start" I had a remote start put on my car at my last visit. The team at Berlin city was great. My car was done quickly and the waiting room is very nice. They even have a play area for my baby to move around.

"Went out of their way for us." We ordered a new 2018 Camry Hybrid. When the car came in, the navigation system was not the version that was expected. We realized that the correct version was available on the 6 cylinder model. This was a huge surprise to us as well as to the Sales team. Sales Manager Matt Almy went to work right away to find a more appropriate car for us. He found one in Augusta, ME and picked it up himself the following morning and had it ready for us by noon. Exceptional service. Thank you !!
