"5000 mile check up" Every thing went ver well. Jeff was very informative. I did not have a long wait, which I like. He set up my next appointment for me also.
"Excellent service appointment" Service Dept was excellent. I can't say the same for the Contract Dept - I had a LOT of trouble there. I'd have reservations about recommending the dealership because of it.

"Honest treatment" I had recently heped my grandson purchase a new RAV4. Dominic Barnard was a key reason I decided two weeks later to purchase a new RAV4 for my wife and myself. He was easy to work with and meet our needs both in obtaining the features we wanted at a price we believed to be fair.
"Purchasing my Brand new 4 Runner was a breeze, VIP service!" I received VIP service the minute I walked through the door! My sales team went above and beyond helping me get into my 4 Runner! I am over the top impressed. No stress whatsoever. I am a Berlin City customer for life. Big Shout out to Eric Johnson, Melanie Larcombe, and Lee Ross, the Dream Team, Thank you!!
"First Service" This was my initial service, after purchasing my vehicle. The scheduler worked to squeeze me in on a busy weekend day and the service was completed in record time.
"Purchase " I’ve purchased several Toyota’s from a competitor dealership in Saco and decided to try Berlin City. Great crew to work with; flexible and accommodating.
"State Inspection " I waited 10days to get an appointment to have my vehicle inspected because I needed to wait for the work to be done. Once there the inspection was done in a timely manner and my van was washed. The vehicle washing is an added bonus that I greatly appreciate especially as the weather gets colder.
"Real Nice People" The folks there were very helpful and pleasant. The visit was enjoyable. The day after I bought the car, I kept hearing a chime. I went back to the dealership and another salesman (Mutombo was busy) came out ad fixed it for me. No waiting.
