We had had a terrible experience with buying a truck from Goodwin's in Brunswick(personal opinion) prior to buying this so we were very skeptical. "Great Experience" The staff were very friendly and helpful, the person that helped me out the most was Jeff, and he was very personable and made the experience very easy going. Was very pleased with the experience overall.
"Positive from Start to Finish" Got me in for basic service appointment on 24 hours notice. Greeted warmly and by people who clearly know what they are doing. Service performed on time and well. If there is one thing that could improve, it is phone responsiveness. The service writers are focused on clients who are present, so I had two messages that weren't returned in as timely a manner as they might have been. That said, when I did talk to focus, they were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
"Excellence" Was in for an exhaust repair and the total was almost $1000 under the estimate and took 90 min less than expected. Great service and wonderful staff. Will be continuing to go there for service.
