"Service visit " My visit today was for a Maine state inspection. My service visit today was excellent as always. Very friendly faces and speedy service! Thanks again!!
"Wonderful Experience" Peter Gordon was knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with. He answered all my questions, allowed me the time I needed to explore my options and which vehicle was the right for me. He was not high-pressure and never made me feel like I was taking too much time. Peter was very patient with showing me the technology features. Thank you, Peter, for making my car buying experience "easy" and pleasurable.
"Oil change went smoothly" We dropped our car on the evening before our 9:00 AM appointment for an oil change and routine check-over. Got a call before 9:00 that the car was ready to pick-up. Staff, as always was friendly and helpful.
"Prompt reliable service" Prompt reliable service, was easy and convenient to schedule a follow up appointment for a minor warranty repair. Vehicle was ready when promised and shuttle rides worked out conveniently.
"Service was quicker than anticipated! " I find Berlin City to be punctual and know what they are doing, fair prices as well as being very friendly. I got to read the paper, drink coffee but missed the chocolate donuts - the car got a nice wash though! Mrs. B.
"Unbelievably The Best Experience Ever Buying A Car" Stephen Lawrence(Sales) helped us all the way through. We had had a terrible experience with buying a truck from Goodwin's in Brunswick(personal opinion) prior to buying this so we were very skeptical. Steve was very good with explaining everything, answering all of our many questions. He made sure the cars were full of gas and fully detailed before leaving. "Great Experience" The staff were very friendly and helpful, the person that helped me out the most was Jeff, and he was very personable and made the experience very easy going. Was very pleased with the experience overall.
"Positive from Start to Finish" Got me in for basic service appointment on 24 hours notice. Greeted warmly and by people who clearly know what they are doing. Service performed on time and well. If there is one thing that could improve, it is phone responsiveness. The service writers are focused on clients who are present, so I had two messages that weren't returned in as timely a manner as they might have been. That said, when I did talk to focus, they were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
"Excellence" Was in for an exhaust repair and the total was almost $1000 under the estimate and took 90 min less than expected. Great service and wonderful staff. Will be continuing to go there for service.
