"Nick Nadeau made the buying experience easy." My only criticism of the transaction is getting to the dealership to pick up the car and getting surprised with maintenance agreement sales push. I'm the type of individual who likes to know all the facts before I make the final decision. Getting a sales pitch at the 12th hour didn't amuse me.
"New car purchase" Mark was knowledgeable and most helpful to me during this purchase. He also assured me he would be available to help should I have any further questions.
"Great experience" The Berlin City Toyota dealership didn’t have the exact color of the car I wanted, but they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, got a car delivered from another dealership AND at a cheaper price! Very satisfied with the patience and courtesy I was treated with by Tyler and Lee and I’ll definitely recommend going here to anybody.
"It was a great and quick reply to my inquiry on line. " Melanie was superb and gave us the best price right off no going back and forth. Once we decided on the vehicle I requested no fee for delivering vehicle to us and said she would run it by her boss.Then she quickly called us and said they would not charge us the 175.00 and the deal was complete. Very good service and we feel we were treated very fair on the price.
"15000 Mike checkup" They did all the required work and also scheduled me for the door latch recall required for my Sienna. I also plan to have the car detailed at the same time you have my car for the recall repair.
"Excellent service" The service at Berlin is always exceptional. From the moment you pull up you are greeted with a smile and are treated like you and your vehicle are important. I have never felt I was a bother or they were just there to do a job.
"wait wasn't long, clear results" It was clear they had an efficient system to get us in and out; he explained what the mechanics found clearly and offered different options for addressing the issue.
"Excellent customer service and still be found." I have always bought Toyota vehicles the name speaks for itself. The service department has had some change over the last year. The new employees are eager to please The staff always pleasant and professional. Ready to answer all questions and go out of the way to find the answers that you need.
