"Very professional service - as usual " Car service was completed satisfactorily and within the pre-advised amount of time. Advisor was helpful and courteous. Overall a very professional service and I would recommend the dealership to friends
"Maintenance Service (5K)" Arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I was driving off the lot about 25 minutes later. Very happy with Jesse as he was very polite and knowledgeable.
"A Pleasant, Helpful and successful car buying Experience" I must have visited some 15-20 car dealers in our search for a replacement for our 10 year old Highlander Hybrid and Berlin City was by far the most helpful. Our salesperson, Tyler Zimba, was a pleasure to work with, informative, helpful, responsive to our preferences, considerate of our at times rushed schedules. In short he made the car shopping experience an interesting and pleasant one.
"Maintenance Service Visit" Arrived early for my scheduled maintenance and was attended to immediately. Tim was tied up, so Diane started the process. Bob, the shuttle driver, even took me to my destination early! Everything went smoothly, as always!
"service visit" I came early and they were able to take the van in and it seemed to take a reasonable time for the 30,000 mile service. Jeff was very nice.
"Service visit" Amy was a very nice service representative. The service wait time was quick and price was as expected. There were no surprises and everything's was explained well.
"Minimal repair where minimal is appropriate" Relatively minor damage beneath the engine compartment could have been an excuse for a very expensive replacement part and installation. A very practical repair saved me a lot of money.
