"Good experience" Service was good but waited 3 hours for a tire to be delivered from an outside source. It was not the problem of Berlin City,
"Excellent, no pressure experience." Stu was an excellent sales person. I always felt he was looking after my best interest and worked hard to put together the best deal possible. He was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle, ensuring I understood the differences in the option packages of each RX350. "Great customer care." Amy was able to bump up my appointment to accommodate some travel changes I had. Great service as always. Kept me informed on status of the vehicle.
"Very efficient" The in-take process is very efficient. I was able to set up the appointment on-line, in advance. The advisor contacted me during the day to let me know how it was going.
"The Purchase of a Prius made easy." My wife and I knew I needed a newer vehicle to replace our beloved Matrix, which was showing all the usual signs of wear and tear of 14(!) years on the road, going everywhere form Maine to NJ and back again and many points between. I had been lusting after a Prius ever since I first laid eyes on one. Having some spare time, we decided to swing by Berlin City Toyota - and there it was!! A 2016 Prius with less than 23K. "Purchase of Toyota Highlander & Rav4" Our sales rep, Nick Neadeau did an amazing job of locating the cars we wanted and made the process seamless. I wouldn't purchase a car from anyone else.
"Inept contracting" Salesperson was excellent, but my lease contract had to be corrected multiple times. Most problematic was that the VIN number was written incorrectly, which caused huge problems with the financial services dept and continued confusion on the payment website. Took me months to straighten everything out.
"Buying my new Camry" We had our 2002 Camry and were looking to replace it with a 2017 just as the 2018 were coming onto the lot. This dealership had an excellent choice of cars and helped us to find the perfect new replacement.
"Purchased used Rav4" It was great working with Michael Profenno. I test drove many different makes and models over several weeks. He arranged to bring a car from a related dealership for me to test drive. He followed up with me to answer questions and see if he could help me make a final decision without being pushy. The only negative of my experience with Berlin City was the $7,000 of last minute add-ons that the "finance" guy tried to sell me. I believe this is standard at dealerships, but, disappointing.
