"Super Service!" service agent Jesse is very attentive and explains everything in simple terms for this senior lady. He even showed me how to check the oil and gave me the rags to wipe off the dip stick.
"Excellent service" I live in NY and was in Maine on vacstion. Had never been to Berlin City before. Made an online appointment for the next day. Was greeted by a nice young lady who knew all my info and advised that my advisor would be right out. Mike came out and confirmed my request for LOF and rotate tires. He provided me with a time and cost expectation. Waiting area was clean comfortable and stocked with coffee and snacks. They were all very welcoming. Made me feel right at home.
"Regular oil service" Easy. I usually wait for the service but had some commitments this time so used the shuttle service to my home and driver picked me up and returned me to dealer. Very easy and convenient.
"Efficient and Friendly " Toyota keeps track of time frame, projected mileage, and corresponding service needs then sets up appointment and email reminders in advance, Easy drop off, and Timely service all make it hassle free. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly
"Excellent experience" Everyone was friendly and attentive, and the service was thorough. The space was clean and the waiting area comfortable with nice amenities. The service team was organized and worked well together, which made my experience there super easy.
"On time, on price, with Friendly Human interaction." Friendly: Jesse recognized my face, used my name and worked with me on a just price and delivered within a manageable time frame. One minor error but it was corrected in my favor. This dealership always takes care of the customer in the service department.
"excellent overall" The process was relatively easy and Nick was great to work with. Our vehicle was ready and we were shown how to operate many of the features/systems.
" Buying my new Corolla " I had a great experience buying my car at Berlin city Toyota. They had the best price in a wide area for the model I was looking for. Pete Gordon, our sales associate was very helpful. He took the time to show me all the features on this car.
