"new vehicle purchase" Very satisfied with this recent purchase at Berlin City. I was able to negotiate a fair price for the vehicle I preferred. It's always disappointing to find dealers still throwing in over-priced gimmicks like sealants and fabric stain repellents when you can do it yourself for $10 and 15 minutes of time. These guys continue to bloat it out with these things. But you can always say no, get the price back to the right ballpark, or walk out the door. ""Easy"" Prompt and efficient service as scheduled. A minor issue was solved at the service write up, Chatted with old friends from the dealership who I've known for years, after working in parts at dealerships for over 30 years.
"5K check up" The 5,000 mile check up and swapping of my winter for summer tires took less than an hour. I was very satisfied with the process.
"Tyler was the best sales person for our family. " Tyler was very patient with me as I test drove a Prius, Camry & Avalon. He priced out all 3 and provided great feedback on my questions and concerns about my decision. He was able to get me to where I wanted to be and I feel really great about my decision to purchase the 2017 Avalon XLE Plus!
"Mission Accomplished" After agreeing to wait until parts were in stock for all 3 call backs, it was a smooth process. They even added a 4th recall to my appointment knowing I wanted to accomplish all of them at once. "Price" rated as excellent since all recalls were made at Toyota's expense.
