"What a new car purchase experience should be." Worked with Stephen Lawrence (Sales) and Chris Burns (Finance). These guys were both knowledgeable and straight forward through the entire purchasing experience. It really took all of the stress out of buying a new car. "Good vibe, great respect " So in short, I did not purchase from them. But that was not their wrongdoing or the likes. But the process was impressive. The Sales team bent over backwards in a respectful and professional manner. They negotiated with me and truly wanted to make the deal work for me. "Look your used car over carefully" Overall I had a good experience with Berlin City. I bought a used Tacoma and it was a good shape. The disappointing things were two faulty fog lights that the technician checklist said we're working fine. Both were broken. Plus, the truck needs new rotors which the technician checklist aslo signed off on. These things were kind of a bummer given what I paid for the truck. So, don't trust the technician check list. "Pleasantly surprised!" I was not looking forward to buying a new car. The last time I bought a car the salesman wanted to know if my husband would be coming in soon...ugh. Tyler greeted me at the door and was interested in putting me in the car I wanted right from the get-go.
