"Great Purchase Experience" Had a great purchasing experience with Berlin City. Got a great price and very smooth and easy process. Everyone in the facility was helpful and customer service oriented. Oh and did I say knowledgeable b/c they know all the ins and outs of the cars they sell. A very positive experience and I would recommend to others.

"Great experience" We visited three Toyota Dealerships at the end of February in 2015. Berlin City quickly became our first choice to deal with. The people at Berlin City were great! "Quality Experience during my recent service visit" My wife & I had a wonderful service experience @ Toyota/Berlin City, Portland Maine on 2/24/15. I brought my car in for service, I arrived about 30 min. early for check in & was taken care of immediately. Then time rolled on for a little while, 1hr. & 15 min. to be exact. "2015 Highlander" We went into Berlin City to buy out our 2012 Highlander and walked away with a 2015 Highlander instead! Toyota has made many improvements to the Highlander in the past three years. All the employees at Berlin had to do was show it to us and we were hooked. We took it for a test drive and bought it. We love our new Highlander! "New car for Christmas! Red RAV4" For someone who hates the car buying experience, this was pretty fun! Thanks to Motumbo and his low pressure, high fun approach to car buying, we bought 2 RAVs! I agree with a prior review, my only complaint was the pressure when discussing extended warrantees and the like. Overall positive experience.
