"Buying the car" Best buying experience ever. Mutumbo had everything ready for us when we arrive to pick up the car, and the run through on how everything worked on the car was explained until we understood it all. The paper work was all in order, explained in plain English and we signed in just a minutes.

"Great dealership very professional" third vehicle purchased from Berlin - they are the best make it worth driving the 100 miles to deal with professional dealership - willing to work with you and get you want you want - delivered the Rav to me at my home because I didn't buy it the same day of my visit. "Great experience! " I recently bought a 2016 RAV4 and am happy I did! I arrived to thensure dealership knowing exactly what I wanted, (color, interior, features) so very easily could have been taken for a ride, I was a sure sale. My experience was exactly the opposite. I was given a great price on the car that I wanted, Brady was very knowledgeable and professional, would definitely recommend Berlin City!
