"Worked for me!" I started out by getting competitive pricing from six different dealers. I Dealt with Bryce Kronk at Berlin City Toyota. Bryce was very pleasant, courteous and easy to deal with on the car I wanted. I recommend him to anyone reading this review. "Mike48" Very good customer service. I was looking for a lower mileage, well maintained Tacoma. Peter Thibault identified a recent trade-in that exceeded my expectations. He held the vehicle for a week, while we traded voice mails. We negotiated a fair purchase price, and he delivered the vehicle to my home an hour drive away the same day we finalized financing.
"Excellent experience!" I called Berlin City Toyota Scion on Riverside St. in Portland inquiring about an internet lease deal I had read online. The receptionist forwarded me to sales associate Harold Blaney. Harold was very patient and we discussed a couple of lease deals that I was analyzing and we were able to come to a mutual agreement on a Camry. This is the second Camry I've purchased from Berlin City. Great Dealership with great people!
