"courteous " Just bought a new Highlander. Sales force was helpful and courteous. Car arrived on schedule and was ready to drive away. Still waiting for final paperwork for out of state registration. It's been a week.
"3 for 3" This is the third vehicle that I purchase or lease at Berlin City. The first was a used 2003 4runner and we put on roughly 150K with just normal services. The second was/is a 2013 Rav4 and most recently a 2016 Rav4 hybrid. They have the exact same color scheme and are a joy to drive or ride in. "Another great casr buying experiance." I want to thank Brady Blackman and the entire Berlin City team for making this new RAV4 purchase EASY. "A great experience" I found the car on cars.com. I went in to look it up, and God sent Mark my way. He was very professional about his job and funny at the same time. And the good thing is we both love fitness we couldn't stop talking about lifting and all. I ended up buying my car on my first visit day.

"Excellent sales and service " The people at Berlin City of Portland were amazing. Mike listened to my needs and wants and we found the vehicle that fit all of those for the right price. There was no pushy sales tactics and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I will defiantly come back when I am in the market for a vehicle again.
"So helpful" When they say easy, then mean easy. Bryce was understanding of my desire to be price conscience and didn't try to upsell anything I didn't need. He answered all my questions and didbt pressure me to buy at any point, even though I came in on the last day of the month.
"A great experience." Jennifer Rose was patient and helpful. I was deciding between a 2016 Prius and a 2016 Civic. Instead of pressuring me, she advised they were both great cars and she understood my difficulty making a decision. She gave me a great price and really worked hard to get my business. "Buying the car" Best buying experience ever. Mutumbo had everything ready for us when we arrive to pick up the car, and the run through on how everything worked on the car was explained until we understood it all. The paper work was all in order, explained in plain English and we signed in just a minutes.
