There aren't enough superlatives to describe Dr. Shaver and her team at Bernstein Medical. The entire staff is top notch from Lisa Laino and Erika Matos as Patient Coordinators, to the surgical team. I've been with this group for 4 years and I truly look forward to my consultations with Dr. Shaver every time. She listens, provides expert advice and I always leave with a smile. As for the results, I couldn't be happier.
Dr. Bernstein is a truly kind and thoughtful doctor. I had a very successful consultation with him, and would recommend to anyone. No idea what these negative reviews on the character of the doctor are about.
I just saw Dr Bernstein for my yearly checkup, he was great and my hair was great too. He is the best in the business and at the forefront of the latest developments.. It's actually a field he helped develop and build. I can't recommend Dr. Bernstein enough. Dr. Bernstein is highly experienced, very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him for a hair transplant. I had one with him 5 years ago and another one is scheduled for next month. you can't find a better-skilled hair transplant surgeon. He may be a little conservative but that is better in the long run.

Bernstein Medical in my opinion is the best place in the world to get hair transplant procedure; I have gotten the procedure at a different clinic once, and I will never go to anyone else again. I have had two procedures done at Bernstein Medical and I could not be happier with the results.

The first thing that struck me is how responsive the entire staff is to email and telephone inquiries. Never had to wait more than a few hours for a return call or email. I never write reviews; but it was immediately apparent to me that Dr. Christine Shaver was something different, and warranted special mention. I had an absolute excellent experience at Bernstein Medical. Both Dr. Bernstein and Dr. Shaver are awesome. The staff could not do enough to help and made me feel so at home.
