All of the staff, from the front desk to the doctors, treat our dog as if she were their own dog. They understand her anxiety issues and treat her with kindness and compassion. The doctors are very knowledgeable and patient. Their prices are reasonable and everything is explained up front. The most important thing is that I feel I can trust Best Pets, because our dog is part of the family and we want the best care possible.
Since moving to the area we had multiple recommendations to switch to Best Pets and we are so glad we did! All of the care our dog has received has been professional, comforting (to us and our dog), and they are very transparent before and after appointments! Highly recommend.
Dr. Tapscott and the entire staff have seen our family through the heartbreaking loss of some of furry family members and celebrated our new additions. We trust them unconditionally.
I have been going to Best Pets with my precious baby Bella for 15 years. Just recently we had to make the tough choice of saying goodbye. The staff couldn’t have been more loving and patient with Bella’s’ family. Dr. Tapscott was so kind to her and us. Dr Heidi and all the front desk and techs are absolutely amazing. They saved my cats life. This was the first time I had ever been to them since we were new to the area and I won’t be going anywhere else.
