Bethesda Chimney personnel were most professional. Was able to start work much sooner than originally expected. Easy to work with. The team installed the steps with minimum debre. I waited a couple weeks before writing this review to ensure no issues with cement after use and rain. Steps look great and no apparent issues. Well done. Price included $99 for $300 Angie's list promo credit. Replace concrete patio steps.

Bryan Whitaker inspected and cleaned the chimney today. He was thorough, and answered all my questions. He inspected the chimney cap, the chimney liner, and the fireplace itself. He pointed out hairline cracks in the fireplace, and said I didn't have to get them repaired yet - I could get 2 or 3 more years use of the fireplace before repairing. Bethesda Chimney inspected the interior and exterior and advised against doing the work. So, all I got from the Angie's List purchase was an inspection and advice. Since the cost of doing the work would have exceeded the Angie's List promotional value, I give the company props for honesty. Based on advice from another contractor, I thought needed my chimney strapped to the house to prevent wind-induced motion from breaking a caulk seal and allowing water into my basement.
