So understanding when I came to a really difficult time. They put my repayments on hold for 6 weeks and it was no problem at all for them. I ended up paying my agreement out a number of months early and they were so happy for me.
It happened so quickly, I had spiralled into debt by mismanaging my credit cards and had daily phone calls from debt collectors. It was a horrible situation and I could not see any hope of getting out of it. A friend sent me your details and your caring staff guided me with a plan. I am now debt free and I am forever grateful.
