Always available, attentive, patient and empathetic. Didn’t want to do a part nine agreement but this company made everything seamless and always worked to what I could personally manage financially. Thankyou for always being of support and assistance to my crisis that I can look back on since recently being complete and released from contract.
DCS Group were amazing. I entered the agreement with very little knowledge of my finance situation only knowing I want to pay out my debt as soon as possible. They were fantastic to deal with and I would sometime send up to three emails a day asking question after question and they always answered professional and in a timely manner.
They were wonderful nothing was ever a problem
