This is my favorite place to go! Friendly staff and online ordering is great too when in a rush. Food is great and tasty , do recommend y'all to check it out. You won't be disappointed.

I have only been here before for their wings which are amazing. If you have not stopped by to try their crawfish you are missing out! So much better than I have had in a while. Kaylie was awesome at the bar! Definitely coming back!

We Lovvveeee Big City Wings! The food is great...wings, crawfish, potato skins, everything is great. The service is great (ask for Marie)! Todd and Bob are great!

This was the worst big city wings ive been to. the service was slow and the food was soggy. I waited 35 minutes for my wings & all my food came out warm instead of hot. Ive been to many big city wings but this one was terrible.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I would be just fine never going here again. We were missing part of our order, it took 20 mins for us to get two waters and 2 beers. You need a refill? SMH good luck. The "manager" was just as idiotic and clueless. I mean it's not like the restaurant was slammer either. The wings were good size but flavor was not there. To put wings in the name of your restaurant it should have been better.

Been here before and yup still the same service was bad and talk about our drinks took forever and then we needed more drinks and worker never came to us. Took about 30 minutes for the worker to come over and sad part wasn't even busy at all. The worker was just standing around and not going by asking if we need anything or anyone else. I think it's the management fault in charge for not telling the worker or at least helping them.

We went to Big City Wings last night, service was not too great even though the restaurant was not packed, but as we were there things just continued to get worse. Mind you we are not ones to make a fuss about anything much less even make a review like this, but I thought yall should be aware. We sat down ordered our drinks, my sons ordered milk shakes. Let me preface this by saying I go to this restaurant on a regular basis...at least once a week. Today is 6/14. Game 3 of the NBA finals a very important game for NBA fans as this is a win or go home game for the mavs. We got the bar excited to watch the game. Here's the thing, the food is great. The service SUCKS! We get take out from here pretty often because we love the food. They never get the order correct. I don't want to be a "Karen" but I have called and spoke with the manager more than once about the reoccurring issue. Tonight I sent my husband.
