Wanted to try a new place so I ordered 5 Traditional wings through uber eats and received chicken tenders instead...Thanks. Should've just went with buffalo wild wings, I would have at least got a order of fries with the wings.

Staff was really nice but not efficient with checking with customers. Here on a Saturday and only about 8 tables were filled with customers. We went without being asked if everything was okay and waited for a refill of water. We actually had to ask when they served us the food. We received cold wings and fries. It's our first time here and we will not return. Our mango habanero was more mango and not enough habanero. Our garlic hot was not spicy. We purchased twenty wings and only received one ranch. The service here, and at every Big City Wings location I've been to, has always been bad. The service is always slow and no one is friendly. But normally I deal with it because the Wings are always good or I just order food to go. I ordered over the phone this time because their online ordering system is very difficult to use. My husband went inside to pick up the food, they hand it to him and tell him to have a good day. Been coming to this place since I moved to Pland, great place but I haven't been in awhile Noticed the reviews started being bad, and not even 5 minutes into me entering the place do I realize why, if you come here expecting the normal food service etiquette then you are a fool. This place dares you to expect basic services, I can't connot stress enough how much you shouldn't come here, just go to BB's at least the staff there serves you well along with great food, this place just misses the mark in more than one way

This place is horrible, from looks, employees, management, cleanliness, food being cold, customer service, to lack of respect to employees or guests. Ceiling tiles missing, water dripping on you as your sitting, the bar being horribly taken care of cleaning wise. You would think the vps and regional managers would wanna fix this and make it presentable but nope they find ways just to make it last to get by instead of fixing it. It's really hard to understand how a sports bar like location can't figure out how to change the channel and play specific games. This is the second time (out of two visits) that they couldn't play a game (on ESPN2) They couldn't care less This is ridiculous & I'll never be back

The management it's terrible went they're with my family food took 40minutes plus to come out and was wrong would not recommend nor go back myself

Expensive prices for low grade food. Wings were cold and the fries were obviously frozen when I ate a nothing but ice in the dumpster fries. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever.

First time coming here and was not the best experience. Came in on a Saturday night and the place only had 5 tables. My waitress was not attentive and was rarely seen. I ordered the mozzarella sticks that did not come with marinara, which I had to ask the hostess for after trying to find my waitress for more than 5 minutes.
