When you walk into the bar look up at the AC vents. They are corroded from all the water that dips out of them. So if you are sitting in the bar avoid sitting under a vent you will get dripped on. This also presents a health hazard if your food or drink gets splashed and you do not realize it. The good: large menu, good happy hour deals. Friendly service. The bad: Flat beer, getting dripped on by an AC vent, 2 different dirty beer glasses. If they clean the place up a bit I think they would be a go to spot for Happy Ho... read more

If I could I would give this place no stars the service was horrible and the food was as horrible. Never again! Dont even bother wasting your money here!

No stars , I had been wanting wings for a min and finally went to them to get some ... I ordered (lemon pepper hot ) when I picked up my food my fries were BEYONDDDD soggy had no seasoning then when I finally got to the wings they tasted as if someone took the sauce packet out of some noodles and dumped that on my wings ... definitely looked like it as well ... won't be coming back

Had the worst service ever! Sat at the bar, took 10 minutes to get asked for our order, and not by the bartender but by a manager that happened to come behind the bar. Ordered food and aftern20 minutes we're done with our beer & never got asked by bartender if we wanted another. Other people at the bar were sitting with empties and the bartender continued to ignore us all. We decided to leave money for our beer and left. Waiting 30 minutes for food and another drink was beyond ridiculous! Will never go back!

As you can see my picture below we ordered the city wide sampler and we didn't get any fried macaroni like it was supposed to come with, just cheese sticks minus the cheese ... I had 4 sticks like this and only 2- 3 that actually had cheese ... (we did not want the fried pickle spears, as we don't like them). The service has went way down and I see why they are slow. We sat down the bartender and a server were talking while he made the drinks but didn't acknowledge us for a good 5 minutes. We ordered on the rocks margaritas. We legit watched the bartender open the top of the frozen margarita machine to get our "on the rocks"margaritas out the top with a glass. Giving this place a 1 star is too high IMO. Where do I start. Ended up going here tonight as we were in the mood for wings and came here. We haven't been here before and figured why not try some place different...well after our experience we should have stuck to what we knew. Big City Wings = Big City Trash. Horrible service, dirty restrooms. It took 15 minutes just to get a drink order.. I ended up walking out because no one ever came to take our food order. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Go to the Katy location because this one needs to get their act together.

Wings are cooked then refired once ordered. Management is horrible, if there is a problem, hard to get it fixed or any compensation.
