We went for the first time this past weekend and we were very disappointed in the service. It took 20 minutes for us to even get waters and a coke. It was only 3 of us and it felt like we kept asking for things. i.e. plates and forks for our cheese fries. The waitress said she would bring us plates and forks, but never came. Our daughter was hungry so she used her hands to grab her cheese fries. By the time we reminded them that we needed plates and utensils the fries were cold. Horrible customer service I came in to do about my mobile order and had three different people tell me they don't know and went to find someone else who couldn't tell me anything either. Won't be coming back here.
I went in for wings. The service was horrible as my party sat patiently. The staff stood around on the phones or talking to each other. I had to go get a server to take our order. When they finally arrived I took one bite and realized the wings were not done. Blood on the inside gross. I sent it back and not once did the manager come to address the situation. I will NEVER return.
Food was horrible , went there for a saints game ... the drinks were cheap but the food just didn't do it for me probably a one time thing for me .
Terrible service. We sat there for 30 mins and nobody even attended us.....don't ever go here
Pass...believe the hype, it's not worth it. Food is over priced for the quality. Most of the wings are undercooked and heavily sauced. Lukewarm at best. Great for large crowds but that's all I can say.
I HATE giving bad reviews but I have no choice. I rarely get a chance to eat hot wings. The main reason is because no matter what chain I visited the wings were bland and these wings are no different. The lemon pepper wings were EXTREMELY dry. The texture was tough and rubbery. The firehouse with garlic was JUST HOT no flavor at all. Waffle fries were nothing special, ketchup made up for the lack of flavor. We stopped going to Stadia because it just has spiralled into abyss...the service sucked...all waitresses standing around talking or on phones...not to mention quality of food. We found Big City Wings. Food and service was great. Then all of a sudden the past few times we have came service has been less than mentionable...its like wait staff was irritated at having to wait. This is a great place, very good food, good customer service and all the sports you want to watch. I recommend this place to everyone
