First off I understand it was a hurry up safety situation that went on, but my situation was different! I walked in before closing and asked the cashier was it too late to order she said no I only asked cause bbs was closed already! The first order of business is ensuring that customer service is up to par. Came to pick up an order and had to wait for the hostess to finish up on a call, That was no problem. Instead of greeting me when she ended the call, she proceeded to address a coworker that had walked up well after I'd been standing waiting. He had to inform her to assist me, rather than that being what she did first. I am so upset as I type this!!! I placed an order by phone for my family. I sent my husband to pick the food up, he gets home with the food only to discover that the whole order is wrong!!!! Wrong flavors, wrong wing type, missing items, etc. I called and got the manager on the phone who was very nonchalant about the situation and suggested I be put on some redo list which wasn't even an option for my order to be remade the same day. Usually I love this place but today I was disappointed. I ordered through door dash and apparently I paid $60 for dinner and according to the restaurant, the driver forgot to give us the 4 drinks and the kids meals didn't come with the dessert. I asked how I could be reimbursed and they had "no idea since the dessert was part of the meal." Right. Not much help. Usually, we're very understanding but we're also paying for this. Just disappointed.

I ordered Togo and the waitress on the phone repeated the order back and it was correct but when I got my order I was missing an entire order. And they were very rude. This was my first time going to this establishment and It was not a good experience.

I ordered here late at night and didn't receive all of my items AND on top of that, the chicken was terrible AND one of them was the wrong flavor. I would t recommend ordering late but also, if the items weren't available...you could've called me and I would've canceled. Extremely avoidable and yet, here we are.

If you guys are into a place that serves food with no gloves during a pandemic - you've got to try them out! Perfect for spreading Covid to not only you, but ur family as well.

Literally on hold on the phone as I write this review. The food at this place is good and they actually have unique wing sauces I like. However, the service is always bad. Idk if they're understaffed or what's going on. There's frequently long waits when placing and picking up orders. Service is a little better if you dine-in.
