Ordered wings and boneless wings. Underwhelmed on both accounts. Our wings came out fairly cold and when we brought it up with the server she dismissed it and said they were hot then went to get manager who echoed her sentiment. Food was pretty blah won't be back. Never had a single drink refill at a place serving spicy food. Also they weren't busy so that's not an excuse.
I have been coming to BCW Pearland almost a year now and the food has not disappoint. But my only complaint is that when I place my order online for pick up, my food is not ready. Most of the time the order hasn't been place so when I show up, I have to wait like I just place the order. What's the point to place the order online then?
