I had a good time at big city wings minus the bartender Kaelyn. She was very rude and did not want to service my party. I had been buying shots for my friend's birthday and she became very rude and obnoxious because she was tired and had said several times that she was ready to go home. Went in and the hostess told us we could sit our selfs, after we sat, she brought us the menus and told us our waitress would be with us. Waited 15mins and no one came over to even get our drink order, another table that came in after got severed before us. Every time I come there's a different bartender, sometimes I'll get the same one. Either way my drinks are always tasting the same(strong and great). Except today I waited 25 mins for a drink, then they bring me a limeade, witch isn't even on the menu. I ask for a manager he was quick to blame the server "sorry about that she said limeade and the bartender is new" ok it's on the menu as strawberry limeade, where's the strawberry. I have been to this restaurant 3 times, the service is super slow, ordered cheese fries came out cold, sent them back. Wings came out cold as well, my friend ordered dry wings and they came only tossed with spice on one side, sent them back. The only food that came out hot was my son's. The issue is it wasn't not busy, maybe 10 people in the whole place. If I can make wings better and my wings comes out hot why should I pay for it. Not sure how this place is going to survive with so many issues.

After a year of not going to Big City Wings, today my friends and I returned. Needless to say, I am unsure how they are still in business. They had opened an hour previous to when we came in and they were still not set up for customers. We were the only guest in the restaurant. It took 20 minutes to get our beers after we ordered, and when we were finally able to get the waiters attention we ordered food, which came out wrong and cold. THIS PLACE IS COMPLETELY AWFUL. I came to eat crawfish my first time there I got home after finishing eating and I started getting a funny feeling in my stomach and I threw up everywhere and still is sick asf throwing up their crawfish. It wasn't cooked all the way and it was shitty as fuck. I'm def coming back to get my money back.

i rate this place a 2 because their service is consistently very very poor we didn't get our drinks till 25 minutes after ordering them we had to go and ask another lady if we could have the drinks we ordered. Then we see our waitress just making it after the 25 minutes ..but their food is really good.

I gave them one star because I never got to try the food there. I entered Big City Wings establishment at 9:19pm tonight, two more more couples came in shortly after my family and I. No one approached the table to ask if we wanted water or anything to drink. We sat there for 20 minutes and still no service and what made it worse is the two couples who came in after my family and I were approached by a waiter/waitress before we were. SOOO yesterday night we headed in for Sunday dinner. We come here about 1/2 times a week the food is good (Wings, Fried pickles, boiled mushrooms, Mozzarella sticks, fries) and now the Crawfish have became my husbands favorite and he gets 5 pounds every time we go in.
