I couldn't even order a pickup by phone. They put me on hold and never got back. And it's a shame that you cannot order online - why else do they need a website?

Food is great, but the service sucks. Like all the reviews said about the service is correct. Quick seating but king wait for your server to get to you. I could only imagine what it's like when it's busy.

No service we got there and we were seated but no one ever came to to take order a waiters came by and asked if we had been help we answered her no she just walked away without stating that someone would help us. We tried to wait it out cause we were hungry but we wait about 30min no ever came to help us, and it wasn't even busy and they at least 4 waiters walking around.

The worst, walked in waited to be greeted and seated but wasn't. Stood there for a good 15-20 minutes and was never approached. The manager stood there across the room and just stared at us then walked in to the kitchen.

Don't go here to dine in. We have ordered to go a few times (wings are pretty good) and decided to try dining in one Friday night. Hostess said the wait was 25-30 minutes, we ended up waiting over an hour, with our young kids, only to learn the manager was not allowing the hostess to seat anyone else. It was obvious that the kitchen was backed up with to go orders, wait staff were standing around doing nothing, empty tables everywhere. Felt bad for the wait staff missing out on tips. Idk what happened to this location. Started off great and today was complete TRASH! Server had no clue what he was even doing. My boyfriend ordered a Crawford DRAFT beer, brought him a can, he told him that he asked for draft. I look over and the bartender POURS the van beer into the mug and gives it to the waiter. My boyfriend asked for a water instead & he took 10 minutes to bring it. After this, we look over and there's a family who got there before us, who hadn't even been attended yet. Worst service ever!!! Place was empty and we didn't even get a menu or any help from anyone when we asked if our server was coming they just looked at us crazy!! So yeah not going back ever!!! And will NOT recommend!!! Big city wings fall creek y'all suck!!!!
When we walked in it was not busy at all, no one ever came to serve us then next couple that came in were greeted and gave the menu right away!! I asked the waitress for help she said I'll call your server, server never came, she then she comes out with a server but to serve the ppl that came in after us!! We walked right out! Smdh we will not go back ever!!
Service is trash and they were not busy just choose not to help me even after seeing me stand for ten minutes when my food was ready already!
