Stumbled upon Big City Wings because our local WingStop was close due to tech issues. Anyway. It was a horrible experience. The have some overpriced combos compared to WingStop, the boneless wings are small too, the fries are the smallest portions I've ever seen in ANY restaurant. We ordered (curbside) two 10 boneless baskets of wings and 5 bone in wings (which include celery and ranch) and two extra medium size ranch dressings ($5). The food sucks! Crawfish taste like they pulled out the sack and placed it in a bucket. Wings were okay. For the price you may as well go to Wing Stop or BWW. Way over priced. They get two stars because my server Reyna was really the best part about our experience and my drink was good.
The wings are good but the service is terrible, how do you have two cashiers open but only one person actually taking orders and the rest are just standing there talking between them while there are customers waiting to pay for their food. I gave them 5 minutes till I said if someone was going to charge me for my food I could've literally walked off without even paying and they wouldn't have noticed!!!
I called my order in and they said will be ready in 20 mins. I order 1 burger and fries. I got there and i get that it is a little busy. They ring me up for my order no food ok i keep waiting. There is about 10 workers at the front desk looking around with only 2 registers. After waiting it going on 45 mins no food. I talk to a manager he said he could not find my ticket no where or it could have went out with another order. DO NOT EAT HERE! Look at this shit...they gave me my order with wings that they nasty asses already ate. I picked my order up from to go inside and thats what I got. The manager didn't want to remake my wings and since I placed an online order i must go through a third party place to get my money back. This is terrible, it honestly shows who they really have working here. If I were you I would definitely rethink my decision on eating here.
