If there was a way to give a zero stars, I would. Food is mediocre. Service ALWAYS sucks! The new MANAGER, trash! This isn't the first time I've had an issue with my order and the manager just doesn't care. They wouldn't even give me a refund!
The food was delicious, but our waiter was drunk you could tell it was not good i did not like him therefore it gets two stars.
Hate to say it, but this place won't make it through 2020. Food was cold, the place was understaffed, and service was slow. We gave it two try's, same results. Won't be back.
One hour and my server came once going to a better bar where i can actually get some sorta service.
LOOK AT THEIR OBVIOUS FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS. Accounts with one review? Really? They made a profile just to rate this place? I don't think so. Literally 1 family here at 9pm on a Friday night should have been a clear enough warning that this place was bad. Food took 30 minutes in a completely empty restaurant and when it did arrive it was room temperature. I would keep looking for a place to eat because this place is garbage.
This place is a HUGE disappointment!! I've been here 3 times, each hoping it would be better than the last, only to be let down each time. Several things on the menus are good, however, the service is horrible! Last night was the was by far the worst service ever. Their manager needs to get out of food service! Food wasn't good, it was cold and greasy. Have no need to revisit. One the plus side, customer service was good.
First time in and will not return. Food beat drink order out. Beer took forever. Waitress screwed up our bill. Food was cold and nothing special. Only three of us and one person never got there beer. We cleared our own table of food plates after it sit there after several waitress visits. Disappointing as it being a close location. I do not recommend.
This place is horrible! We had two little kids and our food took 45 minutes and then it didn't come out together everyone's was cold and they charge 2.50 for ranch dressing! The service and atmosphere was not any better. We will not return For two small children, and three adults 74.00 for lunch and two of us shared a meal. One coke and 4 waters. I don't even want to give this place one star.
