Horrible. Disappointing. Would not recommend. Ordered two 10 wing baskets this afternoon for take-out. One medium original and one cool ranch. Both sets of wings were as overcooked, dry and tasteless as they could be. Like they had been sitting out all day under a heat lamp or fried 10 min too long and then they "sprinkled" some cool ranch seasoning on them and "drizzled" some medium original sauce on the others. First time ordering from here (Rayford location) and never one to leave a bad review unless it's very bad. $30 for wings for my husband and I and the wings looked and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. Very dry and lacking flavor. Disappointed.

BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!! I placed a 150 wing order through doordash, which there isn't an option for bone in or boneless. So I called and verified with the store to add boneless onto the complete ticket. When it delivered it i got 25 boneless and 125 bone in. I called and first talked to a manager Laura and she wasn't helpful and I than talked to Terry the GM, never got an apology and he kept telling me I have to go to doordash to discuss the issue. This location is an absolute mess. The bartender and servers were arguing and swearing very loudly all while giving out free drinks to people sitting at the bar. the one server for our area didn't do anything, so the bartender had to come and help us because he was too busy making out with one of the guests that was sitting at the bar. Ordered burgers without mayo-both were slathered in mayo, burgers were dry and buns were so soggy they fell apart before I got to the 3rd bite. This place is gross.

My family and I went to the Rayford Road location last night. I ordered ten traditional wings, all drummies , and my wife and son ordered the boneless wings. The boneless swings were very good and my wings were overcooked a little bit and arrived warm. It was OK with me that they were just warm because I didn't have to wait for them to cool off before I started eating. If there was a way to give a zero stars, I would. Food is mediocre. Service ALWAYS sucks! The new MANAGER, trash! This isn't the first time I've had an issue with my order and the manager just doesn't care. They wouldn't even give me a refund!

Hate to say it, but this place won't make it through 2020. Food was cold, the place was understaffed, and service was slow. We gave it two try's, same results. Won't be back.
