The service tonight has been horrible! The new Manager, Chelon, is awful. Rude, inconsiderate, and uncaring for her customers. The rest of the staff worked very hard to overcompensate for her horribleness. Food was mediocre tonight and with the horrible service of the new Manager, this restaurant will not be open for very long. Such a shame because this neighborhood needs a great family restaurant.

Easiest way to sum up this in a few words: Ordered "20 original wings with hot sauce" and paid ~$30. I received 20 crappy wings with no sauce in a pool of grease. Called the manager to suggest they don't serve wings to paying customers. Even "Buffalo Wild Wings" and "Wingstop" are 5 stars vs this.

Wings were ok, nothing to write home about. Fries were pretty bad. Minimal craft beer selection, but they had the mainstays, plus St Arnold & a couple Karbach. Our server was having a bad day and was pretty bad but others around just were getting better service, the hostess was nice. Lots of tvs and not a bad atmosphere for catching a game.

This place is terrible. The food is mediocre at best, the service is poor and you can get a better deal with higher quality wings elsewhere. The waffle fries are limp and lack seasoning, the "honey citrus sauce" just tastes like low quality honey was poured on the wings, nothing else. The employees don't really seem to be happy working there and it shows in the presentation and lack of flavor in the food. Stay away from this place, there are much better options nearby.

What a let down! I've been excited for something to move into this space for a while, but was extremely disappointed after going here last night. For those of you who haven't eaten at Big City Wings before, save yourself the trouble. We ended up getting the pulled pork nachos, some boneless wings and some fries. The food was somewhere between mediocre (the waffle fries) and downright bad (the nachos). We don't have a ton of dining options in this area, but even so we will not be going back anytime soon.

The environment was cool, typical sports bar type but nice and clean. Their daily specials are all enticing and since this place is close we'll likely go back. We've been twice though and service has been incredibly poor both times, and the restaurant wasn't even busy either time. The wings are decent, better than chain restaurants but not as good as the restaurant that used to be at the location. Waffle fries are good though

Well this was our first time visiting and will be our last. The service was terrible, slow and made the atmosphere a 1 star. Giving the food 3 stars, the wings were actually decent and had a good flavor. The manager came and talked to us about our service upon seeing us waiting I suppose. He asked for feedback and we thought that was good of him to do, hopefully it will improve the service.

It was just ok! I would try it one more time. Fries were under cooked and I couldn't taste flavoring on my wings. They just tasted like chicken strips. My husband ordered cheese on his burger, and they put the cheese on the fries instead. My husband told the waitress, and he said it was fine. He doesn't like to send things back. She just said ok! A good waitress would have just brought new fries anyway. There prices were good. Service was ehhhhhh.
