The boneless wings are good but the service is so slow that I just can't go here ever again. I've given it 3 chances and it's not just one particular waiter or waitress that's slow. I think it's the kitchen honestly. Even in an empty restaurant you'll wait forever. It's a shame because the menu has lots of interesting things I'd love to try. Maybe I'll try by food delivery service only so I don't have to wait.
This place is honestly a dump, and has slow service. It's not a fresh made menu it's all frozen food. Not sure how this became a franchise at all!!
This place is trash. Waitress is twerking, plates came out dirty, food sucks. Looking forward to the next t resturant that occupies this location!
Food is mediocre. Their 70 cent chicken strips on Monday is a good deal for the price and the only reason we ever come back. I've been there 5 times, and service has always been slow, and something has always been forgotten. It took 20 minutes for a beer to come out once, and another time, I never got my water originally ordered until the check came. Wouldn't recommend it unless you want cheap, "okay" food.
Underwhelming wings for the price. Ordered the strawberry smoothie and it tasted like syrup so I sent it back. When I got the bill, it was still on there! My girlfriend ordered a salad and it had some wilted old lettuce, YUCK! The only part of this experience that was positive was when the manager stopped by and greeted us .I think I'll just go to wing stop next time.
Have the worse experience there about two weeks ago. The service was slow. Server had to wait on several tables while the manager did nothing to help.
Cold food as in not cooked. Very slow service. Had to go to bar to get my own beer. Macaroni appetizer was horrible. Better to go to Kroger frozen food section and cook some half way and others just defrost.
The service tonight has been horrible! The new Manager, Chelon, is awful. Rude, inconsiderate, and uncaring for her customers. The rest of the staff worked very hard to overcompensate for her horribleness. Food was mediocre tonight and with the horrible service of the new Manager, this restaurant will not be open for very long. Such a shame because this neighborhood needs a great family restaurant.
Easiest way to sum up this in a few words: Ordered "20 original wings with hot sauce" and paid ~$30. I received 20 crappy wings with no sauce in a pool of grease. Called the manager to suggest they don't serve wings to paying customers. Even "Buffalo Wild Wings" and "Wingstop" are 5 stars vs this.
