(Humble location) the food is good but if u online order or by phone they always.... every single time charge you (of course) and never give you all your food they pocket your money. watch out always check your orders

Onion rings were great but wings were small (although listed as jumbo on menu) with very little actual meat. Service was friendly and prompt. If they changed the name to Big City Rings it would be a smart move because the wings were disappointing.

This was our first time here. The atmosphere was good. The service... eeh. We sat for far too long before anyone came to take our drink order. There are only two of us. We ordered fries and potato wedges as an appetizer and chicken tenders with ranch. Here is my tip. If you're going to order an appetizer. Order only that first. This place doesn't deserve any stars ... by far the worst service I've ever had. Jessi was my sever .. it took her roughly 10 minutes to even come to our table .. then messed up on drinks .. came back about 10-15 minutes later we asked about our appetizer.. never got put in... so she put it in. Completely awful. Placed an online order and it wasn't what I ordered. Took it back to the restaurant explained what was wrong (it wasn't cooked properly, and they gave me the wrong sauce). My food was taken back to the kitchen to have some spices thrown on it and that's how it was presented back to me. When I expressed that it still wasn't correct, the manager spun it around opened it up and said " yeah that's what you ordered" I didn't feel like arguing with an imbecile so I left. I have been eating at this restaurant every so often with my son and normally get good service. Today we ordered our usual and many of the wings were over cooked and dry. Then when we paid I gave the waitress my card and stated the total sounds high. When it was returned with the receipt to sign I calculated that she over charged me about 25 dollars. First time trying this place and it was HORRIBLE!! The chicken tenders tasted like they were raw, the waffle was cold and hard. Our waitress only checked on us one time, it was a horrible experience. Safe to say we'll never be back!

This place has horrible management! They also do not know how to staff for the lunch rush or send orders to the kitchen correctly...after a 45 min wait for our groups food yesterday (being the first patrons in the place to eat) most of us had to take everything to go because we were late getting back to work.
