Food is pretty good. I have tried the Humble location several times and out of 8 times, 8 times I've had terrible service. I always had great service at the Katy location. I've finally given up on this Big City Wings location. I can deal with poor service and great food but its not worth the decent food that I can get at a dozen other restaurants in a 10 mile radius. Ill go back to another franchise with better trained and mannered service.

If I could give NO STARS, I would. I ordered (10) Wings, fries and fried pickles. The girl who brought out the order didn't bother to show the food to ensure it was correct. I got home and opened the boxes. First of all, my wings were mixed together... they were half and half. Meaning I ordered 5 of one flavor and 5 of ANOTHER flavor but they don't care right? Went over to Big City for crawfish, terrible! Lots of spices with no flavor. Wings are always good though.

Sat down ordered a beer. I'm glad I enjoyed I it because it was the only one I got. I was never offered another. My god daughter wanted on of the hottest wings just to sample it. They put her French fries on top of the spiciest wing, ruining HHS's fries. Now that I'm only getting onne beer and I had shared my fries with my god daughter I was left wanting. Lowest rating I have ever given a restaurant and this was by far the most disappointing service.

Be careful on what you order as they charge different prices crispy chicken is $2 more however menu doesnt clarify the difference in pricing from grilled to crispy. Manager on duty couldn't really explain from the menu. She was like I'll tell the GM. Only came to support the school. Best part after the discussion about the price I was given the wrong sandwich and it Wasn't good

This restaurant sucks. It is always packed and it takes forever to get your food. It is Super loud to the point that you can barely hear the person right next to you. Try the location on Kingwood Dr, it is SO MUCH Better, cleaner and quieter.

The wings here are good sized for the price. The flavor choices offered are decent as well. The atmosphere lends itself to be a family friendly restaurant, however... for a restaurant that would seat roughly 20-25+ tables, they fail to have adequate seating for children as they only have 5 highchairs for the establishment. Two tables required two highchairs each, which then caused multiple families to be forced to hold onto their infants/toddlers while attempting to eat. Probably my favorite wings place, I come atleast once a week! And always leave happy and full. But today, service was horrible, food was shitty, didn't even bother sending it back because we had already waited soo long to get our food, and would of just taking longer. The waiters or whatever were fighting about who's gonna clean tables and take orders, it was just a mess. And no manager in sight. I love this place, but today was just bad. :(

My ratings is not based on the food it is customer service. We never got to eat.. we arrived and asked to be seated outside since it was a beautiful day and not too hot. After 10 minutes, I went back and asked the hostess if there was a server for outside . She said yes and someone would be outside to help us. we were a family of 5 talking and really enjoying our conversation but at this point ( 5-10 minutes) we were getting thirsty.
