The wings were crunchy, small and hard. The mild wings had no flavor at all. Had the dumpster fries they were good. Got friends in from Louisiana and brag on big city. What a disappointment. We spent also 50.00 on this order. The only reason for the 2 star is the fries.

Just because I'm a DoorDash person trying to pick up an order doesn't mean I won't come back as a customer. As I'm trying to pick up an order the phone rings and they stop to take an order, then a customer comes in and they again don't finish my order but help the customer, ANOTHER DoorDash person comes in and they help her. I literally had to raise my voice to get them to complete the order. They just had to pack the order since it was already half done. Rude customer service!!

I have been coming to this place for over 2 years and have been using the yelp app to log in and get some money off my appetizer and always gave bid city wings a good rating. But today I can in and order my usual which is the fried cheese sticks and I was told that we cannot use the Yelp app on the cheesesteaks and I was ok with that but the manager there Tim at the time Ridley told his employee that they can not do that and then proceeded to the table where I was at and then rudely pointed out that I cannot do that. The potato skins need ALOT of work. They tasted old as if they were cooked weeks prior. They tasted hard fried with no taste. The fries went straight in the trash as well. I had the boneless wings. We also ordered traditional. Nothing special there. Didn't see a reason to order from here again.

Food is pretty good. I have tried the Humble location several times and out of 8 times, 8 times I've had terrible service. I always had great service at the Katy location. I've finally given up on this Big City Wings location. I can deal with poor service and great food but its not worth the decent food that I can get at a dozen other restaurants in a 10 mile radius. Ill go back to another franchise with better trained and mannered service.

If I could give NO STARS, I would. I ordered (10) Wings, fries and fried pickles. The girl who brought out the order didn't bother to show the food to ensure it was correct. I got home and opened the boxes. First of all, my wings were mixed together... they were half and half. Meaning I ordered 5 of one flavor and 5 of ANOTHER flavor but they don't care right? Went over to Big City for crawfish, terrible! Lots of spices with no flavor. Wings are always good though.

Sat down ordered a beer. I'm glad I enjoyed I it because it was the only one I got. I was never offered another. My god daughter wanted on of the hottest wings just to sample it. They put her French fries on top of the spiciest wing, ruining HHS's fries. Now that I'm only getting onne beer and I had shared my fries with my god daughter I was left wanting. Lowest rating I have ever given a restaurant and this was by far the most disappointing service.

Be careful on what you order as they charge different prices crispy chicken is $2 more however menu doesnt clarify the difference in pricing from grilled to crispy. Manager on duty couldn't really explain from the menu. She was like I'll tell the GM. Only came to support the school. Best part after the discussion about the price I was given the wrong sandwich and it Wasn't good
