This restaurant sucks. It is always packed and it takes forever to get your food. It is Super loud to the point that you can barely hear the person right next to you. Try the location on Kingwood Dr, it is SO MUCH Better, cleaner and quieter.

The wings here are good sized for the price. The flavor choices offered are decent as well. The atmosphere lends itself to be a family friendly restaurant, however... for a restaurant that would seat roughly 20-25+ tables, they fail to have adequate seating for children as they only have 5 highchairs for the establishment. Two tables required two highchairs each, which then caused multiple families to be forced to hold onto their infants/toddlers while attempting to eat. Probably my favorite wings place, I come atleast once a week! And always leave happy and full. But today, service was horrible, food was shitty, didn't even bother sending it back because we had already waited soo long to get our food, and would of just taking longer. The waiters or whatever were fighting about who's gonna clean tables and take orders, it was just a mess. And no manager in sight. I love this place, but today was just bad. :(

My ratings is not based on the food it is customer service. We never got to eat.. we arrived and asked to be seated outside since it was a beautiful day and not too hot. After 10 minutes, I went back and asked the hostess if there was a server for outside . She said yes and someone would be outside to help us. we were a family of 5 talking and really enjoying our conversation but at this point ( 5-10 minutes) we were getting thirsty. Big City Wings you might want to rethink your business strategy. Last week I was served someone else's order. Today I found your 70 cent tenders went to a dollar and found an EMPTY HOUSE when I arrived. You better fix this FAST or you may find yourself in trouble. I do not know where everybody went tonight but they were NOT at Big City Wings.

The food was good and a cool environment, but the waitress ruined our first experience there by being very inattentive. Took us 10-15 minutes to get drinks while eating HOT wings and 25 minutes from getting the ticket to having to close out with what I assume was the manager to leave. He had very little to say and didn't seem to care. Probably won't be back.

Honest opinion, I did not like this place at all. My family heard great things about Big City Wings and wanted to try it out. We walked in and were immediately thrown off by the smell of a nail salon (next door). The fumes are completely noticeable and you would be lying if you say otherwise. Our waiter was fine and did his job. The food was disappointing from the appetizers to the wings to the drinks, just not what we were hoping for. Walked in this establishment and i noticed there was a manager assisting with cleaning tables. Waiter was nice and while he took our order i noticed the concern on his face of why its taking so long to cook the food for 2 people, waiter alerting the manager about it that the food was taking longer than usual. More customer walked in order their food and receive their food less than 12 min and we are still waiting on ours.
