Pictures are not real terrible wings no sauce and super greasy fries were soggy don't recommend

Big City Wings you might want to rethink your business strategy. Last week I was served someone else's order. Today I found your 70 cent tenders went to a dollar and found an EMPTY HOUSE when I arrived. You better fix this FAST or you may find yourself in trouble. I do not know where everybody went tonight but they were NOT at Big City Wings.

The food was good and a cool environment, but the waitress ruined our first experience there by being very inattentive. Took us 10-15 minutes to get drinks while eating HOT wings and 25 minutes from getting the ticket to having to close out with what I assume was the manager to leave. He had very little to say and didn't seem to care. Probably won't be back.

Honest opinion, I did not like this place at all. My family heard great things about Big City Wings and wanted to try it out. We walked in and were immediately thrown off by the smell of a nail salon (next door). The fumes are completely noticeable and you would be lying if you say otherwise. Our waiter was fine and did his job. The food was disappointing from the appetizers to the wings to the drinks, just not what we were hoping for. Walked in this establishment and i noticed there was a manager assisting with cleaning tables. Waiter was nice and while he took our order i noticed the concern on his face of why its taking so long to cook the food for 2 people, waiter alerting the manager about it that the food was taking longer than usual. More customer walked in order their food and receive their food less than 12 min and we are still waiting on ours. I will never visit this place again. I sat in the bar area and the service was poor at best. I had to walk to the bartender from my high table to order. The bar only had 3 couples and they were already served. My food came out quickly but my order was not correct. After a total of 40 minutes I paid for my beer and left. I went to another nearby restaurant and will not return to this place.

Went in sat at the bar for 10 mins without anyone approaching me so I left... someone walked behind the bar and then ran to answer the phone when there was 3 others at the desk up front... wasn't busy ATALL. They more worried abt the phone than customers. As long as I'm BLACK I WONT BE BACK!

The food isn't terrible but the take out service is! We've tried ordering take out multiple times because they are in a very convenient location but every time at least one of our orders has been wrong. Needless to say, we won't be ordering out from here again.

Dang....I used to LOVE this place. Literally...I came here at least 3 times a month. I frequent the nailshop next door weekly, so I like to drop in for a cocktail. So....I ordered crawfish. And my family ordered wings. Waited 48 minutes for the wings. Crawfish came out immediately---with a cockroach. Good times. Waitress didn't apologize. Just grabbed the plate and went to the kitchen.
