Came here with my boyfriend because we had both been craving wings. Walked in, took a seat. 10 minutes go by, no one comes up to us.. we wait another 10 minutes, still no one coming up to us. Keep in mind it's slow.. maybe 3-4 tables filled. Waitresses walk by, and don't acknowledge that we are there. Sat there 20 minutes and still didn't have drinks. We left to Buffalo Wild Wings, and it was a complete different experience.

Walked in, told the guy at the front I was on my lunch break so I wanted to sit somewhere I would have fast service. He sits me at the bar. The lady at the bar continues to make drinks and doesn't look up to acknowledge me, to say "I will be right with you." Continues to walk by a couple times without any eye contact. Service is super slow and for no reason there is plenty of kitchen staff but it is poorly managed. Hopefully they can fix this because I love the wings but the wait is terrible and when the fries are cold after waiting a long time it just makes it even worst! Owner please step your game up!

Wings are good but you have a 9/10 chance the folks working here get your order incorrect when you call it in. I suggest you check your food before you leave. When you have the simplest job in the world, I'm not quite sure how you screw it up?

Some managers have it so cold in here you can't enjoy your food. I understand if it was summertime or even spring. So I call before I come because if he's here I'm not coming. I'm not the only customer complaining.

My boyfriend and I had dinner on 7/12. Whoever the manager on duty was should be fired we waited a good 20 minutes to order and was told by the girl who brought our drinks she wouldn't take our order and our server would be right with us. After waiting another 5 minutes I waved down the manager and got told the exact same thing he didn't even apologize, he wasnt professional at all. Don't eat here. I know you shouldn't order crawfish from a wing place. The crawfish aren't cleaned prior to them boiling them. While eating them I found a snail in them. The manager laughed about the matter. Then to add on to that she discounted the meal for 3 bucks. Don't eat here you may find something in your food. Don't waste your money with them.

Wings were dry and tasted like they had been cooked for quite a while. Ordered for pick up and they stated ready in 10 minutes. Knew there was going to be an issue. Flavor ok. Too expensive.

I came in there the other day with my family, wings were and fries were pretty salty, but the girl who was serving us was super nice! The dessert was really good, but I couldn't finish it, because my appetite was ruined by seeing how one of the managers were treating the hostess. (Calvin) It was so disrespectful to see a meme we of management treating staff like that I hope that girl finds a better place to work, because this place isn't the best work environment.
