Been going there for years. I was happy when they made it that you could order drinks to go. Been doing this ever since it was announced. Yesterday I called and tried to to order some to go. I was told that I could do that anymore. That I had to order something with them like food. When I began to question why she told me just to order a side of ranch dip. Ordered through GrubHub Monster Wing Basket, Fried Mushrooms and Potato Skins. Upon arrival I noticed that instead of Potato Skins I received mozzarella sticks and the wing basket which was supposed to be lemon pepper and garlic parmesan looked and taste like they doused the wings with honey mustard and sprinkled with parmesan. We have been going here 4,5 YEARS + and sit outside on the patio with 2 small dogs and have never ever ever had any issues or mgmnt come out to tell us we were not allowed with dogs. I even called prior to double check if dogs were allowed on the patio beforehand. We also go to different big city locations with patios and again never had any mgmnt come say differently. I was out in Atascosita area and stopped in here for wings, you know I love some wings! When I checked in I got a coupon for a free onion ring or fried pickles, I went with the pickles. They were okay, with fried pickles you need a good balance of pickle and batter. In this case the pickles took over the show, just needed more or thicker batter. I just went today July 3, 2022! My family loves this place but today as we sat down there was only 2 other tables at 8pm and sitting there I saw a big fat rat!!!! It went on ceiling above my husband's head and behind the arcade machines. We immediately left and told waitress who seem to know and laughed. This is NOT SANITARY!!!!

Came here with my boyfriend because we had both been craving wings. Walked in, took a seat. 10 minutes go by, no one comes up to us.. we wait another 10 minutes, still no one coming up to us. Keep in mind it's slow.. maybe 3-4 tables filled. Waitresses walk by, and don't acknowledge that we are there. Sat there 20 minutes and still didn't have drinks. We left to Buffalo Wild Wings, and it was a complete different experience.

Walked in, told the guy at the front I was on my lunch break so I wanted to sit somewhere I would have fast service. He sits me at the bar. The lady at the bar continues to make drinks and doesn't look up to acknowledge me, to say "I will be right with you." Continues to walk by a couple times without any eye contact. At this point I am looking up other restaurants in the area. Finally the lady comes up to me asking what I would like. Doesn't introduce herself or isn't wearing a name tag. Service is super slow and for no reason there is plenty of kitchen staff but it is poorly managed. Hopefully they can fix this because I love the wings but the wait is terrible and when the fries are cold after waiting a long time it just makes it even worst! Owner please step your game up!
