It wasnt anything special, the wings were decent. One big complaint is the staff, they were lazy, unprofessional and even ignored customers at times. I went there around 2 PM and I was standing at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone even tried to help me. The place was literally empty by the way
After several recommendations, I finally decided to check out Big City Wings. I called in a to go order but when I arrived it wasn't ready so I took advantage of their 3 dollar Long Island Ice Tea deal. Hadn't had one in a while. Chug it and it was not bad. Not even super house liquory. I ordered the Gold Fever wings with Lemon pepper topping and they were amazing! The potato wedges were great also but them wings
Our family outing was a great experience. Service was awesome. Food was awesome and the price not bad either for the food. We will definitely be back.
Big city wings is a great place Alexis is a dedicated worker and makes sure your order is done right.
The food is good but that's we're it stops! After an hour wait for our food (2 pitchers in) all they could do was blame their computer system and comp the fries!!!! Next time we will do to-go and I sat here and created a yelp account for this!!!!!
The food came out cold and there was a horrible wait and other tables got there food before us and a table left because of the wait overall horrible service
Manager on duty: "Darrien" Date: 03/12/19 The MOD was completely incompetent at fulfilling a simple request. Arrived for a to-go order, the MOD and counter girl #1 repeatedly asked for my info and said they did not see it and would check the back. 20 min later... counter girl #2 arrives to take over and asks why I'm waiting. Kia is amazing! I will definitely always ask for her! And the wings were really good! I highly recommend you come and request for Kia to be your server!
Amazing amazing service! Kia was my served for my first time trying Big City Wings and definitely made it easy for me to want to come back again! 5 stars in my book. The wings are one of the best I've tried. Will definitely be recommending and coming back very very soon
