I've always like this location, but was extremely disappointed on my last visit. We didn't wait as much to get seated. We ordered an appetizer with our drinks, a Pepsi and a Miller Lite. The Pepsi came out first and it was completely flat, it tasted horrible. I told our waiter and asked to changed it for a Dr. Pepper, and ordered our food. Customer service was 4/10 Server would not stop "trying" to be funny after server attempt at a joke. Food was 6/10 The wings was crispy, but not at all flavorful. We asked for spicy ranch fries and received regular waffle fries. Conclusion 5/10 We gave her a credit card to pay for our meal. She attempted to be funny again by slaughtering my girlfriend name. Very poor service from the moment our party of 8 walked in. It took 5 minutes for someone to even assist us. There was a bit of a wait which is expected for a larger party. An older man with a red shirt very nicely let us know about the wait, told us to have a seat, told us he would come get us-very good customer service from him. This place has the worst customer service! It's also not clean. The hostess was wearing mask below his nose. The manager just walks around acting like he cared but busy getting on staff about other crap. Overall our experience was horrible and doubt we will ever go back! Improve your service, people! Improve it and stop hiring these dumb kids!

I love this place due to the fact it's near home. But the staff is TERRIBLE. Extremely slow. (Can take into consideration when they are busy) BUT the waiters don't even check on periodically they just disappear. Waited 15 minutes for anyone even came to the table to take our drinks or food order- the prices have gone up and it's just not worth it. Crawfish is 7.99lb and extra for spicy. Wings are amazing now, but 22 for 15 and like 5 fries.

This was our first experience with this place. We ordered door dash. The food arrived barely warm. Ok, fine. Then my side was missing. I called and they said we could come pick it up. We really didn't want to drive, hence the reason we ordered delivery. But we wanted the side that came with the meal, so we drove all the way there to get it. I call ahead of time to make sure its ready, I ask for curbside, she says it will be ready. At the most basic level, a restaurant should get your order right. Or, make up for it with sincere and appropriate customer service. This place routinely does neither.
