BIG is definitely what you can expect these wings to be! Very delicious wing flavors. Great deals and an even better environment of friendly faces.
My first time at Big City Wings and the food was great so were the watermelon margaritas! I will be coming back.
They need to work on there service, order was wrong when they serve us. Plus we place an order to go guess what it was incorrect. The place was pretty much empty and they still could not get it right. Management where are you!!!
Came here for the first time when I moved to Texas and it was near my hotel. To start off, I was really impressed about the half of appetizers and three dollar margaritas. However, the margaritas were absolutely horrible. It tasted like the bags from Walmart, which would have been acceptable if that is what I bought. But you get what you pay for. The waitress did not tell us that there was an one dollar up charge for strawberry flavored Margarita. When the check came I asked, she simply said sorry. They messed our appetizers only order up. I ordered some wings and they looked and tasted burnt. I spoke with the manager and he refused to give me a refund and told me that if I were to get a new order they would look the same. Save your money. Terrible customer serviceI called and talked the "general manager" named Allen and he had the NASTIEST attitude and threatened to hang up in my face. Stay away from this place at all cost!
I've been here multiple times, and every time I was not disappointed. Staff is courteous and on time. I always purchase the chicken and waffles. I need to try a different dish here, oh and if you check in they give you free pickle spears or onion rings(your choice)
The Manager Allen is inappropriate and treats customers poorly. He is a very unpleasant person.
Horrible service, all the girl did was parade around and act likE she couldn't see us and scratch her head. We had waved her over acted like she couldn't see us. Then when we told the host we need to order she comes out and parades around to laugh and talk to everybody like she doesn't have a job. Then when shE finally comes over she says "you needed me".
