Everytime we come it's not very busy. This time we came in only one other table in the building with us. We ordered our drinks took 20 minutes just to receive those. Didn't ask what size beer when we ordered and brought this huge mug with a hair right on the glass! Food was good wings were huge but service lacked. Hopefully this place gets better.

Very disappointed in our experience today with our order. We arrived early for our pick up and did as instructed and advised the online service we were there to pick up. After waiting for over 15 minutes, we finally called and our food was brought out. All of our food was cold and the fries, not fresh. It was very disappointing as they were not busy at all. I even paid for things I didn't get! So frustrating!

Came here on Sunday with a group of 8 to watch the Astros game. Waitress was nice when we asked her to change the game for us, but that was the only time. When it came down to order she was rude and made unnecessary comments. We waited quite a while for our food, but we didn't mind much since we were watching the game, mind you there was only 2 other people in the restaurant at the time. Always hit or miss here. Mostly a miss. Managers come and go but it doesn't seem like it's getting better. Tonite 23rd of may. Food was cold, service was slow only 3 people working. I had to ask "manager" on duty for check. And got it 15 min later. There is no leadership in this place and my butt keeps coming here. Does this company care for customers or even making money? And then didn't even get a thank you.

If I could give 0 stars I would... The service is absolute Trash! I sat at the bar on Monday when the beer is half priced. I got there at around 2:30PM. When I got the tab it was incorrect as I was charged full price for all of my drinks. I asked the bartender if I could speak with the manager José (who I could see sitting in the office doing nothing). The bartender returned and said that the manager can't do anything. If I could give them no stars I would! The manager Steve was so professional! We got our food before our drinks the crawfish was sooo little and nasty and they was charging 9.99 a pound. My kids food was so nasty they didn't even eat it. When we completed all Steve said was " well it's not our fault your kids didn't eat" my kids didn't eat before the burgers was over cooked. I've been coming to this locations for years on 2 for1 Tuesdays. I have always enjoyed their traditional wings, and today I tried their boneless wings which were also advertised as 2 for 1. When looking at the menu prices I noticed the boneless wings were listed as $12.50/10 while the traditional wings were listed as $16.50/10 so I decided to give the boneless wings a try. Horrible service. Under staffed and the ones they do have are too damn lazy. You can literally be the only person there, and they won't attend to you. Was standing 5-10 min to be seated and no one would come so I tried to help myself to a table and every single booth was dirty, the whole restaurant is dirty as hell. Would not recommend it to anyone. And if by some miracle they happen to take your order, be ready to wait 45+ min even though your the only one there.

TWO FOR ONE WINGS (BONE-IN AND BONELESS) IS A SCAM. I went on Tuesday 9/7/2021 and ordered 50 piece boneless wings to get 100. I was charged $70.00 when the regular menu price is $46.50 for the 50 piece. The regional manager informed me that I paid for the option of getting bone-in or beneless, they automatically charge you for the bone- in price(they don't have this posted anywhere)
