This was my first time coming to Big City Wings, but I do not regret it. NEITHER WILL YOU. Their service was great and so was their food. The music creates a very appealing atmosphere, the workers are every kind and willing!

6-2-2020 update new manager making a positive impact! I'm bumping up to 5 stars. Best deal with Two for Tuesday wings! Seven bucks for 10 delicious wings. I get hot sauce and then have them dusted in lemon pepper ranch dry rub. It's delicious. They're so wet, they don't need the $1 of Ranch dip they try to up-sell you with. Warning, I think the quality of wings is pretty similar across restaurants. The service is descent, some great servers, some mediocre, never a bad one. I normally don't write reviews but I just had to write this one to let people know how good this place was and how good we were treated. I recently went to this location with my family and all of us loved our food. I got the boneless wings I recommend with a drink I'm picky about my pina coladas but this place was perfect! My husband got the crawfish and he really enjoyed them! My kids are picky eaters but they definitely liked the food. The onion rings were great. We got fried pickles and also good. Ordered on the phone. Was told 15 mins. Here I stand waiting in the lobby area for 45 mins. And now being told another 15 mins. After am hour just got my wings and they were completely wrong. And now its gonna be anouthb10 mins. Absolutley incompetent. Total time waiting on 10 wings and fries 1 hour and 15 mins. Do not go to this place.

Great restaurant!!! Odalis was our server and she made the experience super nice. The food was sensational and the atmosphere was lively for a Saturday night.

2 weeks ago, i stopped by for the first time at this establishment for wings. i brought my daughter and nephew. we were greeted by a hispanic manager who sat us down and said someone would be coming to take our order.. well we sat and waited. oh yeah, it's was us and another table so it shouldn't be an issue with staffing. well a server approached us and asked if we had been helped. we told her no. she said let me get your server instead of taking our drink order.. again we waited and waited so we decided to leave since we ... read more

I Placed An Order Over The Phone Today 1/4/20 For Two Separate Orders. The Guy Taking My Order Told Me What Both Orders Were Separately And Said A 15 Minute Wait. I Come In 25 Minutes To Pick Up My Order And The Girl Says My Order She Proceeds To Put It Together And I Say I'll Pay Half On This Card And Rings Up The Full Charge. This Isn't The First Time I've Ran Into Issues At This Location. From Part Of My Food Being Ready And The Other Part Missing On An Old Order.
