We had a party of 18 and honestly our waitress was great on trying to accommodate us. The experience on the other hand was not good. I'm only giving them a 2 because of the waitress. Our food was COLD we ordered dessert, brownie with ice cream and it was like a complete brick couldn't cut it with a SPOON. Wing size: great Potato Wedges: Quality was great, size/ portion was good. They had a nice crisp to them. Advice: take out the plates as they are ready so that EVERYONE receives a great experience and hot food.

Every time I come the service is just terrible. I mean the servers are always apologetic but the timing is way off, they will not check on you, leave in the middle of service and pass you on to someone else. The food is not consistent either. I have ordered through door dash and it is still terrible. I keep going back in hopes it will change, but my last visit yesterday was probably my last straw. This place has really good burgers and really good wings, they also let you choose what kind of fries you want if you choose to order the burger.

I love Big City Wings, I do. I mostly frequent the Katy & I-10 location but today I decided to stay close to home and go to this particular location. I walked in, and headed to the bar to indulge in the awesome two for 1 Tuesday special. However, I was put off by the young lady who was working at the bar. My first time in there and i was welcomed as soon as i entered by GM Tyler. He recommended something for me since it was my first time. The food is great. Im huge on customer service and it was at its best. Will definitely be back!

Really disappointed in the wings here. I placed a to-go order, so I'm not sure how long they were sitting at the cashier counter before I got there. I showed up per the time given to me when placing the online order. I went in to pick up and noticed it was a slow night, not sure if that had anything to do with the quality of the food. I got home (only 10 mins away) and they were cold and dry. The sauces were not enjoyable, and I tried 6 different flavors with it being my first time eating there. Teshia was great with her service and the wings were not too bad. The floor and tables were sticky, but it was an ok place for a casual evening.

The food is amazing our server was very sweet. She recommended items to try on the menu and they were equally as delicious. We learned that they even serve mixed drinks that are affordable and not watered down. I think it's much better than the Brewings or Buffalo Wild wings because they aren't tiny sized. Will definitely be back soon.

National Wing Day epic FAIL here!!! Called in an order at 8:10 still waiting...manager made it better with complimentary drink... that was nice. I don't normally come here for wings the burger used to be my thing until the price kept rising to jus about full price. Manger we good, I see you working hard, much love
