I frequent several big city wings on a regular basis. My service is usually mediocre at best. I was recently at the jones rd location and our server Jaelin blew us away! She gave the best service I have received out of any of the locations I've been at. She was so attentive to all of our needs, and I admit my social circle can be a bit picky. I've been coming here for awhile and this is a great place. Havnt been here for awhile but decided to stop by for lunch and met the new bartender Chelsea and her purple hair. I totally dig it and shes super cool. Made for a fun lunch. This is what I was needing to make my Monday better. I'll be looking to see what she has in store for me next visit.

It's been a few months since we've been in here but we couldn't even bring ourselves to sit down when we walked in just now. The hostess informed us that there were only two servers on staff but what was worse was that every table was piled with dirty plates and remains from previous diners. Clearly no one was busing the tables. The management has obviously completely fallen apart here. It's a shame because we did like this place. Fortunately the Brewingz that has opened up further down Jones Road is doing well.

Service is HORRIBLE. I was greeted at the front, the waiter told me to find a seat and another waiter was going to be with us shortly. I waited and waited and waited. After 10mins the waiter came to the table next to us, we made eye contact and she walked away. I'm guessing the floor manager (bald headed guy) was talking with the greeter and he kept looking at my direction. Ugh... where do I start... This place serves good wings and cold beers, but the tables were so sticky when I visited last time. Even the highchair was sticky. I had to lysol wipe it many times before I can reluctantly let my daughter sit on it. I think they should do a deep cleaning.

i had a great time mw wife and 2 kids did as well. we knew nothing abt this place and used the welp app to find some were new and we chose here. and it was a great idea everyone was cool the knew black dude was funny and did a hell of a job!!!! food was awsome and the wait wasnt long thanks guys we will be back. oh and we got a free appetizer for using the welp app hell yea!

Don't go to this location unless you want them to round up your tip without your knowledge. I left a $16 tip which was 20% of the total because the service was good. However, someone rounded the tip up to $20. The truly unbelievable part is that I left a good tip but apparently it wasn't enough. I called and informed management. Apparently they have not addressed the issue because the same thing happened to my sister. I guess if you do decide to go, pay in cash.
