Solar was installed by some no name that didn’t even register our panels then quit working. Called big dog and they contacted me with urgency and repaired and upgraded our system so it is not only registered but we can look and monitor it from the app. Thanks BIG DOG

We had a power outage and the battery and system did not work. So we called BigDog and they sent out Jake a technician. After 2 hrs Jake had our system, which was importing 25-30% from the grid to exporting 30-35% to the grid with the dryer, AC, and the whole house and garage powdered up!!! WOW Amazing work Jake, not from StateFarm, you the Man!! Give Jake a Giant Raise!! Thank you Jake and BigDog

After talking with my family who has your product, I contacted Big Dog Solar and in short order I had an in home consultation, discussed with the family and decided I wanted this product. The tax credit/exemption is a big bonus! All of the Finite details were put in place, I was notified when anyone would be coming to do or check things, most times I didn’t know they had already finished.
