Don't order online. Their online orders do not work. Felt bad for staff, but if you know it does not work then take it off your website. Pizza less than average. Patio had a nice view.

I was repulsed at the service at Big Jim this evening. They act as though I wasn't there at 6 . Because it was not crowded and there were plenty of college age servers! When I walked in I was given the stink face by the servers behind the bar talking with each other. I observed it was seat yourself so I sat down outside beside the door. Place was below average. Had fried chicken and ribs-both just okay. There is better in HHI. The benefit is that it is in Palmetto Dunes, so very convenient if you don't feel like driving.

We ended up at Big Jim's based on location and the fact that were able to quickly accommodate our party of 6 at the last minute. I was skeptical because of some of the reviews, but I'm glad that we gave it a shot! Big Jim's is located at Palmetto Dunes and is set overlooking a golf course. It's a pretty cool view. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, we sat outdoors. Enjoyed our breakfast! Liz was able to get us a rack of ribs heated up for breakfast! They didn't disappoint! Thanks Liz!

Very convenient to the Marriott Resort. It's an easy walk. Great outdoor space overlooking driving range and greens. There are decent menu options. Our food was warm or room temperatures at best. It could have been because we arrived about 7:30ish for dinner. I think it would have been a better experience had the food been served hot. Service was good but they never asked "how's everything". The collards were good even though they were only room temperature. Just make sure you tell them you expect "hot" food when ordering.

Not sure why this place is even open besides golfers that are desperate for food. If you are vegetarian I wouldn't recommend going at all. Heck, I am not vegetarian and you couldn't pay me to go back. The sweet potato fries have no sweet potato inside it. We didn't even eat them ,so gross like eating fried lard. The atmosphere is very boring except watching golfers. The liquor list is very limited- bottom of shelf.

Came by to grab a bite to eat, after a long day of work I was hoping to have a great experience. When I walked in I asked the bartender where to sit, and possibly order a drink but the bartender seemed to not even want to deal with me. I sat down, placed my order, and after an hour and fifteen minutes I received my burger. Halfway through the burger I realized that one half was medium rare and the other was well done. I can't tell you how disappointed I was in my visit here. The greeter was very kind, but that's when it went 100% downhill. We asked for takeout as it was safer option. We stood at the bar for 10 minutes with the female bartender making eye contact with our party, however she never verbally acknowledged us standing there. Another patron walked up sometime later and was immediately greeted by the bartender and asked how could she help him.
