We changed lender at the last minute (bottom of the ninth pitcher swap as Bill put it), and Bill came in and did what no one else could do regarding getting our FHA loan for a particular rural home that was difficult to meet all regulations. Bill spoke to so many people on our behalf and made the impossible happen, and now we have the home!
