My experience using VanDyk Mortgage Company was positive. The first person I talked with on the phone, I believe was Jared. He started the loan application process. He was extremely patient and was available if I had any questions. Soon after, I was contacted by Bill McDonald. He explained our options and was also available after hours when we were worried about something. We talked with him again when we wanted to change a few things.
