The mortgage loan process can be overwhelming. The staff at VanDyk was always prompt to answer any questions we had, and helped us understand what was going on when we had questions. They were always friendly and kind. When our loan closed, it felt like we had gained new family members. Bill McDonald and his team at VanDyk Mortgage made applying for our VA mortgage very easy and stressless. The app was a great tool to upload your documents and keep you informed of what stage your loan was in. We had a little hiccup with the VA approval and Bill goes the extra mile to get the approval.
