Bill and Chris went above and beyond to get me my mortgage. After I was turned down by a local bank, they jumped right in and got me closed in no time. Had email and text updates constantly. Even got updates and calls on the weekend. They did more for me on a Saturday than the local bank did in 5 weeks. Thanks so much. Wouldn’t of happened without you!!!

I kinda said it before in my previous response but Bill and his team made my purchase process smoother (is that even a word?) and as easier than I could have ever imagined. Bill worked on my behalf to make sure my property taxes were homestead and at the proper rate, fought to get me a lower rate than anticipated as well as coming to the table with less $ out of pocket than initially thought. I cant Thank Bill and his team at VanDyke enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I know that this journey we took was a long road, and we all had a lot of work that we put forth into accomplishing everything we did but I would not have wanted to do this with any other group of people, when things got rough you all stepped forward to find a solution to each and every problem that occurred and I am so very Thankful for everyone involved with this.
