Bill and Chris went above and beyond to get me my mortgage. After I was turned down by a local bank, they jumped right in and got me closed in no time. Had email and text updates constantly. I kinda said it before in my previous response but Bill and his team made my purchase process smoother (is that even a word?) and as easier than I could have ever imagined. Bill worked on my behalf to make sure my property taxes were homestead and at the proper rate, fought to get me a lower rate than anticipated as well as coming to the table with less $ out of pocket than initially thought. I cant Thank Bill and his team at VanDyke enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
I know that this journey we took was a long road, and we all had a lot of work that we put forth into accomplishing everything we did but I would not have wanted to do this with any other group of people, when things got rough you all stepped forward to find a solution to each and every problem that occurred and I am so very Thankful for everyone involved with this. I will not forget any of you for helping me discover and achieve my goal of owning my first home.
