The VanDyk team made the whole process of getting a mortgage approved very easy. All we did was supply some documents. And Bill and Chris were able to keep my husband calm throughout. That speaks volumes to the care and compassion for their work and their clients. Thanks to VanDyk Mortgage team we are now living in the house we have been praying for, our forever home. My husband called Bill around mid-January and we closed on our house at the end of FEB!!
