Bill and his team have been wonderful through this whole process. We have worked mostly with Jared Houston and he has been so helpful. I have sent him texts and emails at all hours of the day, night and on weekends. He is always quick to reply and explains whatever I have a question about. The portal works great for uploading documents and seeing what I have that is still outstanding. Bill and his team have helped me a buy my first home. Thank you!!!
